Rock Bottom with a Heart of Gold
""Rock Bottom to the Top, One Power Ballad at a Time""
In "Rock Bottom with a Heart of Gold", Vivian Ward, a charming and charismatic Hollywood hooker, is hired by the lead singer of the struggling metal band Spinal Tap, Nigel Tufnel, to be his new groupie and tour manager. As they embark on a disastrous concert tour across the country, Vivian's street smarts and wit clash with the band's absurd antics, but she soon wins over the hearts of the band members with her kindness and generosity. As they play to increasingly smaller crowds and face a series of hilarious mishaps, Vivian's innocence and good nature rub off on the band, causing them to re-examine their priorities and find a new sense of purpose. But when a rival record label tries to sabotage their tour, Vivian must use her quick thinking and resourcefulness to save the band and help them find a new sound that combines their metal mayhem with a little bit of fairy tale magic.
Movie Poster: "Rock Bottom with a Heart of Gold" A colorful, whimsical illustration of Vivian Ward, dressed in a sparkly leather jacket and holding a guitar, stands in front of a city skyline at sunset, with the Spinal Tap logo and a guitar amp in the foreground, as the tagline "Rock Bottom to the Top, One Power Ballad at a Time" shines in bold, golden letters above.
