In Toy Tokyo, a group of toys from Andy's room find themselves transported to Neo-Tokyo, where they become entangled in a battle between psychic powers and government conspiracies. Woody, the pull-string cowboy, and Buzz Lightyear, the space ranger, are recruited by a group of psychics to stop a rogue psychic, known as the "Psycho Biker", who has been unleashed by a secret military project gone wrong. As the toys navigate the neon-lit streets of Tokyo, they must put aside their differences and work together with the psychics to stop the Psycho Biker, who is wreaking havoc on the city. Along the way, they team up with a ragtag group of allies, including a wise-cracking, telekinetic teddy bear and a psychic girl with a penchant for 80s rock music. As the stakes grow higher, Woody and Buzz must confront their own insecurities and learn to trust each other in order to save the city from destruction. Can this unlikely team of toys and psychics save Neo-Tokyo from the Psycho Biker's rampage?
